Happened in the Dominican Republic. Robber is caught stealing then tied to a pole and beaten by the public until the police arrive. Im sure this dude will NEVER rob anyone again.

This shit is racist!!!! Even if he was a thief they don’t have the right to beat him like a fucking slave!!! That shit ain’t fuckin’ right!!! Y’all wrong!!
Nothing racist, just public justice. when the quality of life is lower and response by the authorities isn’t quick enough or just. Instant extreme consequences make violators think twice before committing their crimes.
